1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to beckergloballabs.com and any order placed through it. By entering the site, confirming the age and research-use gate, or placing an order, you agree to these terms in the version published at that time.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the site and do not place an order.

2. Research use only

Every product supplied by Becker Global Labs is sold strictly for in-vitro laboratory research and further scientific investigation. Nothing offered here is a drug, food, cosmetic, medical device or dietary supplement.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and no statement on this site should be read as medical advice or as a claim of therapeutic benefit.

3. Buyer eligibility

By ordering you represent that you are at least 21 years of age, that you are a qualified researcher or acting on behalf of a research institution, business or laboratory, and that the material will be handled by trained personnel in a facility appropriate for research chemicals.

You further represent that all information you provide — including name, shipping address, email address and stated field of research — is accurate and complete.

4. Prohibited use

Administration of any product to humans or animals is expressly prohibited. Repackaging, relabeling or resale for human or veterinary use is prohibited, as is any use that would violate applicable law in your jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, delay or cancel any order — before or after payment — where the order or its context suggests non-research intent, and to report unlawful requests to the appropriate authorities.

5. Product information, sourcing and availability

Descriptions, strengths, images and specifications are provided for reference. Vial artwork is representative; the printed lot, batch and certificate identifiers on the material you receive are the authoritative record.

Listings, prices and available strengths may change without notice, and stock is not guaranteed until an order is accepted and released for shipment.

6. Certificates of Analysis

A Certificate of Analysis describes the specific lot that was tested by the analysing laboratory. It is supplied so you can verify identity, purity and content for that lot.

A certificate is a record of the analytical results obtained on that lot. It is not a warranty of fitness for any particular experiment, protocol or application, and it does not extend to material outside the lot named on the document.

7. Ordering, pricing and payment

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude shipping and any taxes or duties that may apply at destination. Placing an order is an offer to purchase; a contract forms only when we accept the order and release it for fulfilment.

We accept card payment and the direct payment methods listed at checkout. Orders paid by a manual method are held until payment clears and may be cancelled if payment is not received within the stated window.

We may correct pricing or listing errors, including after an order is submitted, in which case you will be offered the corrected price or a full refund.

8. Shipping and title

Orders placed before the published same-day cutoff on a business day are prepared for dispatch that day where stock allows. Transit times quoted by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss and title pass to you on delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for confirming that receipt, possession and use of the material are lawful at the destination, and for any import duties, taxes or clearance requirements.

9. Returns, damages and claims

Because these are temperature-sensitive research materials, opened or used items cannot be returned. Claims for material that arrives damaged, incorrect or missing must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the packaging, vial and label.

Where a claim is accepted we will, at our option, replace the item or refund the purchase price of that item.

10. Handling, storage and disposal

You assume full responsibility for safe receipt, storage, handling, labelling and disposal of all material, in line with your institution's procedures and applicable regulations.

11. Intellectual property

The Becker Global Labs name, gladiator mark, product photography, copy, certificates and site design are our property or are used under licence. You may not reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from a product or from use of this site is limited to the purchase price paid for the product in question.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including loss of data, loss of experimental work, or loss of profit.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Becker Global Labs against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of a product, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

14. Privacy

Order, account and compliance information — including the timestamped research-use acknowledgement recorded at checkout — is retained for our records and is not sold. Payment card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.

15. Governing terms and changes

These terms may be updated at any time without individual notice. Continued use of the site or placement of an order constitutes acceptance of the terms in effect at that moment.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
