Overview

SLU-PP-332 is a synthetic small-molecule pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ). It is studied as an exercise-mimetic tool compound in mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative-metabolism research.

Background

The estrogen-related receptors are orphan nuclear receptors central to mitochondrial gene programmes. SLU-PP-332 emerged from medicinal-chemistry work seeking a selective pan-ERR agonist and is now a common positive control in metabolic bench studies.

Handling & storage

Reconstitute with our Laboratory Research Reconstitution Solution, running the diluent slowly down the inside wall of the vial rather than onto the powder cake, then swirl until clear — never shake. Store the sealed lyophilised vial at -20°C protected from light; once in solution, hold at 2-8°C and avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycling.

Documentation

Every strength is filled as its own lot and released only after identity is confirmed by mass spectrometry and purity quantified by reverse-phase HPLC. The certificate of analysis shipped with the vial matches the lot and batch printed on its label, and also reports endotoxin, sterility and heavy metals.
