Overview
Tesamorelin is a stabilised 44-amino-acid GHRH analogue carrying a trans-3-hexenoyl group on the N-terminus, studied in metabolic and body-composition research models.
Background
Where sermorelin trims the hormone down, tesamorelin keeps the full-length sequence and protects the N-terminus against dipeptidyl peptidase cleavage — a different strategy for the same stability problem.
